Pozícia:

Product Manager


Position with responsibility for the commercial development of a designated product area and a range of products /suppliers managing to achieve Corporate goals in region Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. Your challenge will also include involvement in the production of the annual catalogue for within Life at work category. The position is within Marketing Department. Defined reporting line to the Category Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Products:
• Product selection for cataloque & webshop listing, active work with portfolio during the year
• Catalogue creation /all content: product description, images, design/
• Negotiation of local advertisement /add pages/
• Forecast for new items
• Product administration in SAP, web-shop

Suppliers:
• Daily tasks and communication /prices negotiation, substitution items/
• Promotions negotiation + internal execution including printed materials, direct mailing and web-shop
• Management of marketing contributions and SVR
• Big deals management – managing requests to suppliers & claiming process
• Organize suppliers attending Sales Convention

Pricing:
• Selling Prices management /full responsibility for price level and set up in SAP/

Administration:
• Product Bible, cost price file, pricing process, invoicing, detailed promo plan, other important specific files

Sales Force support:
• Sampling information flow support
Service level Non stock items:
• Management of no movers Specifics, support for Category Assistant by specific requests
• Communication across departments /Sales Force, Replenishment, Customer service/

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Previous work experience with *HYGIENE* product is needed.
•Excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills are welcome
• English language both speaking and writing is a must, other language as German and Hungarian is an advantage
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office with focus on MS Excel
• Experience in SAP is a great advantage
• Great attention to detail and precise work, high sense of responsibility and independent performance
• Motivated person who is willing to learn new things and ready for challenges
