Printing Production Coordinator

Role Summary:

Responsibility for coordination of overall process from collection of customer requirements on printed graphics to delivery of printed products that meet the desired specification for all customers across all of our markets (Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary).

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

•You will be responsible for coordination of process for producing graphics for all internal and external clients (e.g. business cards, envelopes, forms, promotional items)
•This includes concept, prototype, and production level work. Equipment utilization, substrate/inventory management, and scheduling will also be expected in this role. The production work will be performed by external suppliers and you will need to track its status and communicate with suppliers to assure agreed delivery lead times
•Your focus should always be on producing the highest quality product deadlines and growing our print business. Develop best practices and tools for process execution and management to include process improvements.
•This role provides strong production management skills. You must be a strong communicator/coordinator who is proactive, highly organized, excellent at multi-tasking, comfortable under pressure, and able to work effectively as a team member.
•This role also works cross-functionally with other teams and is responsible for facilitating effective routing and reviewing projects through the department per established workflow and processes.
•Building strong, professional working relationships with other functions is key to success in this role. Establishing strong working relationships with key suppliers.

Person profile:

• Proven work experience within printing management and knowledge of color separations
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel and Numbers competency needed)
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• English language both speaking and writing is a must, other language as German or Hungarian is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills are welcome
• Motivated person who is willing to learn new things and ready for challenges.
