The Accounting Supervisor will compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
Manage the accuracy of accounting and reconciliations.
Analyze accounting issues and provide feedback to team members.
Plan, prioritize, assign, coordinate and monitor the work activities of the team.
Ensure staff knowledge and development through training, coaching and mentoring.
Recommend system changes and/or control recommendations
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and a staff accountant.
The Accounting Supervisor will perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple levels of management.
Strong computer skills, specifically Excel. The
Accounting Supervisor will have a University’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
English Advanced
