IT-Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Strategic/operational planning, management, and monitoring of IT systems/IT infrastructure to ensure a smooth IT operation as well as implementation of ongoing improvements
• Analysing requirements and deriving concepts for IT workplace management, particularly in relation to Microsoft 365, Atlassian Suite (Jira), document/data management systems and IT hardware
• Planning and managing IT projects - from conception to implementation - while adhering to time and budget plans
• Maintenance and further development of the ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV) in coordination with external partners
• People management incl. resource and task planning; management of decentralized 1st/2nd/3rd level support
• Budget calculation and monitoring as well as cost and investment planning
• Ensuring and further developing system and data security (cyber security)
• Coordinating and managing external IT service providers and ensuring compliance with service levels
• Maintaining IT documentation and continuously expanding the IT knowledge database together with the IT team
• Compliance with quality standards, guidelines and legal requirements (GDPR) and creation of IT policies
• Supporting the company's European branch offices
