Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our team in 1220 Vienna (Ölhafen Lobau) we are looking for a:
Regional Financial Controller (m/f)
Your tasks:
*) Month-end-closing and consolidation of the financial results of 8 branches in Europe considering the local legislations
*) Intercompany reconciliation and reconciliation with other Group companies
*) Preparation of financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis according to Austrian GAAP and/or IFRS standards
*) Review of tax declarations and ensure compliance with the relevant local tax laws and requirements as well as internal policies and procedures
*) Managing the annual statutory audit
*) Preparation of transfer pricing documentation and annual BEPS reports
*) Leading the preparation of stock takings and ensure proper accounting of the results in the IT system
*) Control of external (outsourced) accounting and tax consulting partners
*) Functional management of a small team of 3 people

*) At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting and Bookkeeping
*) Excellent Russian and German language skills (Level C1), very good English (Level B2)
*) Certification from a professional accounting body (ACCA / CPA / CMA etc.) will be an advantage
*) Solid IT Skills: MS Office (especially Excel), financial ERP systems (preferably MS Navision)
*) Strong analytical mindset, ability to plan and set priorities according to business requirements
*) Reliable, stress resistant, solution-orientated
*) Team player with good communication skills
