Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Operations, maintenance and technical documentation for the implementation, support and migration of enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft 365 including related core technologies including Active Directory, Cloud Identities, Exchange, Teams, ADFS, AAS Connect and EMS
- Operate and help implement Microsoft cloud solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform
- Implement migration to One Drive for Business, Teams and SharePoint in a hybrid environment
- Test and troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as One drive, Teams, Skype for Business (SFB) online and SharePoint
- Set up custom domains, configured Azure AD Connect and implemented federated SSO
- Knowledge of operating Microsoft 365 tenants according to security best practices
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Services, Security & Compliance’s, Users and Licenses
- Implement and maintain Exchange Online, Teams, Groups, SharePoint online, One Drive – experience in PowerApps, Power BI and broader platform services desirable but not required
- Working/ supporting clients in a cloud-only Microsoft 365 but also hybrid implementations, resolving such as connectivity, migrations.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Good English skills are required, German Language is advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting systems in a distributed network based on Microsoft technologies in a professional services environment
- Microsoft 365 experience required
- Experience working in an international environment is preferred
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in researching new technologies
- A good understanding of today’s IT security challenges
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with a group of people with diverse personalities and backgrounds
- Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders and maintain a calm manner in stressful situations
