Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Issuance of tender according tender schedule, conduct negotiations and design contracts for Gas, Power and CO2 Certificates
* Market research and benchmarking studies
* Tracking and consideration of regulatory energy market changes in designated countries
* Cooperation with technical Energy Management team and local purchasing teams
* Ensuring nomination towards supplier based on local demand planning
* Expert in CO2 Certificate Management
* Support for risk management (supplier, market, regulatory changes)
* Support for energy price forecasts
* Act as the internal contact person for assigned commodities
* Lead hedging activities for assigned Business Units and commodities
* Key User for “Energy Management System Procurement

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Microsoft Word - Advanced

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

* University degree, Master's degree nice to have
* Minimum 3-5 years industrial experience
* Fluent written and verbal communication in English is a must, German is a plus
* Strong analytical skills
* Self-motivator able to work both independently, and in international teams (cross-functional and multicultural). Confident team player who enjoys collaboration
* Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
* Prepared to travel up to 20%
