Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Member of Industry 4.0 Factory digitization COE. In charge of data analytics and visualization in discrete manufacturing covering entire manufacturing sites across the globe. The position requires team work within Plant, IT, Data scientist and other COE teams. Use data from data lake, normalizing data and staging appropriately for analytics. Bring data insights, validate and support implementation. Drive standardization of data outputs from automated equipment/test stands by working with Engineering & Business; Master data management.

* Academic background:
* - Engineering degree in Mechanical / Computer Science
* - Post Graduate in Statistics / Mathematics / Cybernetics / Data Science will be added advantage
* Professional background criteria:
* - At least 3-4 years of experience in data analytics preferably in Manufacturing industry
* - Intermediate Statistical and Analytics tools knowledge
* - Big data analytics using Python, Knime, SAS
* - Familiar with SQL data base, Spark, Hadoop, Jupyter notebook
* Skills and Leadership Qualities
* - Excellent communication skills
* - Fluency in English mandatory
* - Interpersonal skills and working with global diverse groups internal and external customers
* - Actively pursues personal learning by continuously updating knowledge, skills, and abilities; pursues stretch assignments to build own capabilities.
