* What shall you do?
* Working independently on search and selection
* Answering enquiries from clients and candidates; managing the information flows to assure personnel consultancy services are delivered at a quality level
* Leading interviews with candidates, collecting key experience and profiles of candidates
* Verifying suitability to a given vacancy
* Searching and selecting of suitable candidates adequately to the client’s specifications in different areas
* Recruiting, headhunting on different positions also high or specific positions, international projects
* Processing detailed output for clients after personnel interviews with candidates
* Informing candidates about progress and result of selection procedure
