Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Global IT is responsible for providing the infrastructure for automation. It implements the governance for the use of network and operating systems, and assists the operational units by providing them the functionality they need. With its Business Intelligence unit it also deals with collection, integration, analysis and presentation of business information.

* Core Accountabilities
* Be responsible for IT Operations
* Oversee IT technical support / helpdesk
* Support global IT functions and projects
* Diagnose and solve technical problems
* Administer Windows servers
* Administer Citrix environment
* Communicate with external IT service suppliers
* Monitor system’s and application’s availability
* Lead and motivate the team of IT Specialists (cca 3)

University education (Master's degree)

Windows server administration - Advanced
LAN/WAN administration - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* IT university education
* Practical skills with Windows servers’ administration
* Knowledge of hardware and software solutions, LAN/WAN
* Knowledge of Active Directory environment
* Shop floor system’s management
* At least 3 years’ experience in administration of systems and servers MS Windows
* Team leading skills from previous employment
* Experience from a global manufacturing company
* SQL knowledge (desirable)
* Cisco Firewall (desirable)
* Experience with AIX administration is more then welcome
* Ability to travel
