Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Act as a link between management and employees
- Driving strategies of Company and R&D at team level
- Lead consistently and productively team which is engaged in Company´s projects
- Motivate team to deliver value to projects and Company
- Overview of employees’ work and skills
- Systematically help employees in their development
- Acquire new and better capabilities within the team
- Personally contribute to projects and to Company

- Part of the Recruitment process
- Work coordination in cooperation with PM and a responsibility for delivery
- Short term, middle term resource management planning 
- Hands on approach to coding in C/C++ languages
- Report to Line Manager for development and performance management
- Set agreed goals and manage the performance of individual team members (salary and bonus)
- Manage team, with the assistance of the Line Manager, to develop and deliver to Company the right level and capacity of capability
- Coach team members to build their career in their chosen direction
- Support capability development as needed in the area by recruiting or helping finding subcontractors in response to developing demands from Project Managers and/or Technology strategy

Office in Kosice has currently less than 10 team members. Embedded developers here have projects autonomously managed from Prague projects.
