Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Main responsibilities:
* Document , implement new and improve supply chain processes.
* Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
* Monitor, analyze and evaluate supplier performance.
* Appraise vendors - on-site visits and measurements.
* Meetings and communication with suppliers.
* Collaborate with other departments.
* Forecast and create supply plans.
* Analyze inventories to optimize performance and customer service.
* Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches.
* Train and mentor employees.
* Inventory control and reduction of product/material obsolescence.
* Daily, weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders
