Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Project Management:
* Manage the implementation of all major event requirements for the event (stage branding, registration branding, sponsor branding, etc.)
* Manage event production timelines, deadlines, and event
* Logistics:
* Oversee in selecting and negotiating with event venues, including but not limited to catering, audio visual, accommodation, time, and space requirements with Event Manager/Group Events Coordinator
* Oversee management of external suppliers related to the logistics function, such as audio-visual suppliers, printers
* Administration:
* Manage VIP schedule, sequence of events and protocol requirements
* Ensure all sponsor contract obligations are met pre- and during the event
* Meet budget requirements per event
* External Event participation:
* Oversee that all external event requirements, such as delivery of materials, logos, speaker/topics for conference as well as brand presence and staff onsite are managed by events team
* CRM for Marketing:
* Team Management

* Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
* Experienced in negotiating
* Ability to train and develop team
* Understanding of CRM, data analytics and reporting
* 8+ years of experience in marketing with an event production/product activation background
* A positive track record as a marketing assistant/ events coordinator for a multi-national company, ideally in a business-to-business environment, related to the premium brands industry.
* Mobility (ability to travel internationally if necessary)
* Excellent ability to lead and manage a team, great organizational skills, Time Management
* Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
