- organization and coordination of administration duties and office procedures
- coordination between HQ and plant
- organization of office operations and procedures, ensuring smooth running of the office
- assistance to Managing Director
- scheduling meetings and appointments for board
- coordination with accounting, financial department and board
- creation and maintenance of various reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- support for HR department, holding information database and supporting other departments
- planning company activities
