* Working on HelpDesk tickets to provide IT Hardware and Software support to users

* Intervew first at recruitment agency, secondly at the premises of employer, then Skype inteview with non-Slovak speaking IT Manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Provide IT Hardware and Software support to users
* Working on HelpDesk tickets
* Troubleshooting IT Hardware and Software issues
* Receive, prioritize and respond to user calls
* Contact Software and Hardware vendors to repair, replace and service IT products
* Purchase IT related products
* User Management
* Live and act according to our code of ethic and basic beliefs
