Job description, responsibilities and duties
- provision of legal advice to the management in connection with the execution of the
construction investment projects
- assurance of legal certainty and risks minimizing in contracts and other legal acts at
negotiation and performance of large domestic commercial projects
- application of international commercial terms negotiated in the contract documents –
FIDIC, INCOTERMS, ORGALIME, UNIDROIT, and others
- settling of claims against the customer and subcontractors under the FIDIC commercial
terms
- participation in business negotiations with the subcontractors in Slovak and English
language
- preparation of tender documents
- elaboration of internal legal analyzes, opinions and statements
