Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Leading a hardware development team up to 8 developers
* Accompany and control of hardware development in the department
* Coaching of employees with continuous improvement of them
* Review and evaluate outcomes according project goals
* Planning resources and time schedules• Assurance of product and company requirements
* Development of hardware concepts and architectures within a cross functional team
* Safekeeping and improvement of processes
* Coordination of information flow and KnowHow transfer between departments and development sites
* Recognizing and creating synergies between projects
* Reporting to the management
* Accompany and control of hardware development in the department
