- Five and more years work experience in similar position
- English language fluently, spoken and written
- Laboratory background or knowledge
- Computer skills (Excel - advanced)
- Pro-active communication skills, analytical thinking
- Strong personality able to define and express thoughts in proper way
- Keeps calm under pressure, time management skills
