Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- You will be working on behalf of the Customer Support and Maintenance capability
- Technical support, training, and manufacturing consultancy through other delivery mechanisms, to help provide complete solutions to their customer’s needs
- You will be embedded on a customer site and play a key role in helping the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness
- Working with systems that enable the company to track its repairable inventory and apply associated warranty programs
- Develop clear working Standard Operating Procedures detailing process flow and operational requirements for day to day activities in support of the maintenance and repair operations
- Providing a single point of contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking
- Reducing stock duplication and obsolescence
- Storeroom Support managing its reorganisation in partnership with the customer
- Providing migration, rationalisation and standardisation strategies to drive down inventory asset value
- Supporting productivity improvements through timely delivery of parts to the maintenance teams, whilst providing an overall lower total cost of ownership
- Providing monthly financial reports
- Arranging consignment of new purchases
- Work with client departments including plant management, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify and formulate efficiency plans for maintenance
- Increase “Out of the box” reliability of spare repairable assets, through the use of extensive internal and external repair vendor capability

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Previous experience in Asset Management would be an advantage
- Experience from production company
- Very good opportunity for graduated students in technical field, who are skilled and good at that
- Fluent in English and Hungarian language
- These positions will also suit experienced maintenance / project professionals who are looking for a commercial and strategic position
- Excellent communication skills across all levels within the business, both written and verbal
- Be able to work with production, engineering and maintenance departments to achieve an increase in productivity whilst reducing overall maintenance and support costs
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Experience in both managing relationships of both internal / external customers and suppliers
- Be able to work under in pressured environment, to achieve targets
- Experience in Maximo and/or SAP
