Job description, responsibilities and duties
* In order to enforce our Issuing services team in Kosice Slovakia, we are searching for a Scrum Master/ Project Manager.
* Your tasks:
* Empower the teams to self-organize and ensure accomplishment of sprint goals
* Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and sprint demos
* Coordination of the release rollout process
* Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress
* Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
* Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks
* Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution and cross-team coordination
* Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
* Recommend improvements and ensure the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially shippable
* First point of contact for the business analyst and commercial project manager

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* University degree (Bachelor of Science or higher) in the field of information systems and management, information systems or business administration with a specialization on information systems
* Proven ability to work with Project management methodologies and tools without adhering to any specific tool or process model
* Ideally possess experience in Agile project management methods like Scrum and Kanban
* Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
* Ability of how to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
* Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
* Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
