Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsibility for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland
- Work mainly from home
- The management and development of the target market by identifying new market segments for the implementation of the business
- Analysis of market trends and specific customer needs
- The study of competitive products, the analysis of the current and potential market, the definition and implementation of business strategies
- The coordination and management of the sales network (definition and monitoring of sales and deviations on the basis of the budget, the policy incentives, assessment of results, operational support to the commercial network in the management of complex negotiations )
- Verification of the correct application of the distribution policy of the distribution network and the proposed plans and actions for improvement
- Intense promotional activity of the company with potential customers high-level, public agencies, engineering studies, etc

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

- Many years of experience of a technical and commercial companies operating in the field engineering and / or builder / infrastructure medium / large dimension
- Having a successfully managed complex sales networks and structured
- Focusing on large projects, contacts with major construction company
- Being an effective salesperson and a deep knowledge of the product and the target market
- Strong analytical ability and propensity to business development
- Strong leadership, ability to coordinate, motivate and grow the sales force
- Specific expertise in the sector and knows the specific nature of the target market
- Ability to work in teams, sharing information, moral integrity and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
- Pragmatic approach, an entrepreneurial mindset and a high propensity to problem solving
- Ideal candidate is from Prague or Brno (but from Slovakia as well)
- English is a must
