If you are a door open, hands-on HR Manager with a passion for people then this could be a perfect fit for you!

The HR Manager will report to the Country Manager and his role will be to continue the process of building of an internal HR; creating HR policies and practices that are fit for purpose for a fast growing fashion company ensuring that people remain at the heart of what they do.
You will be comfortable working in an environment with a variety of departments and key stakeholders, who will expect you to be decisive, creditable and have strong relationship building skills as well as taking a creative approach to problem solving.
You will also be providing leadership, coaching and professional development. The team and your peers will look to you for inspiration and to help deliver high quality work.
One day will never be the same as the next in this role. This role is a combination of practical and hands-on delivery, as well as handling more complicated employee relations issues.
This is a hands on role where you will be expected to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy. You will enjoy reviewing and improving processes and procedures and will thrive on the challenge of balancing to day to day work with HR projects.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of HR within the company.

You will required to do the following:
• Creating and implementing HR strategy plans
• Managing and reviewing employee benefits including regular bench-marking and renewal processes
• Managing, developing, and coaching the direct reports
• Working with department managers and agencies to support with the recruitment of the company
• Overseeing the on-boarding and induction of new starters
• Reviewing, implementing and maintaining all policies and procedures
• Leading staff retention strategies
• Advise with all employee relation issues such as sickness, absences, disciplinaries and grievances
• Keep the business updated with all compliance and legislation to ensure compliance
• Providing general HR advice and guidance to the business
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the business.

We are offering contract as temporary maternity cover.

Future HR Manager can be located in our head office in Banska Bystrica or our office in Bratislava.
