Our company LPP Slovakia (responsible for fashion brands RESERVED, CROPP, HOUSE MOHITO, SINSAY) is looking for a new team member, who will complete our Construction department.
What would be your area of operation?

■ Establishing technical conditions necessary for design and fit-out works coordination for new stores with representatives of Shopping Centers,
■ Technical inspections of potential locations of future LPP stores in Czech Rep. and Slovakia,
■ Preparing time schedules and preliminary construction budgets for future stores,
■ Editing technical annexes to lease agreements,
■ Collecting project documentation and information required to launch design process,
■ Preparation of reports / summaries from technical conditions agreed with representatives of Shopping Centers,
■ Coordination of design process.

Place of work: Banska Bystrica, Bratislava, Sered, Prague

• Experience in cooperation with Shopping Centers, or retail chains will be a great advantage.

■ Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork
■ Experience in project management, especially in solving technical problems
■ Ability to edit formal documents, accuracy
■ Negotiation skills
■ Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage
■ Fluency in reading technical drawings
■ Travel flexibility
