As Scrum Master, you will provide day-to-day support in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems. You also will: 

• Facilitate key Scrum at scale ceremonies
• Manage efficiency and productivity of Scrum teams, ensure Scrum artifacts are of proper quality and value and integrated amongst other teams
• Coordinate with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions
• Gather and consolidate feedback from included project members
• Coordinate relevant individuals to address and resolve problems and expand product usage
• Answer project related questions; provide guidance and support for product integration
