What You'll Be Doing:
Analyze business and technical requirements — and turn them into working solutions
Design, test, and develop backend software components that scale
Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Spring Boot
Write clean, maintainable code using best practices and modern tools
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate in a cross-functional team
Help identify and solve production issues and performance bottlenecks
Continuously improve deployment workflows via CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps

- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of industry experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale enterprise web applications.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience as a Java developer (Java 17+, Springboot 2.7.X, REST API, Swagger, ElasticSearch)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting production application issues.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and AWS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Passion for technology and enthusiasm for staying up to date with the latest industry trends
- Proactive mindset, independence, and eagerness to learn new technologies
