Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and updating technical documents and manuals, explain complex information about the food industry business and OrderLord web and mobile applications in a clear and concise manner. The Technical Writer will be working with engineering staff to ensure product descriptions and API documentation accuracy, and with training teams and primary stakeholders to ensure proper know-how sharing across the organization.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Create and periodically update manuals for web and mobile applications.
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature in conjunction with the design, training, and development teams.
- Organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals.
- Produce electronic documentation and/or hard copy manuals.
