If you are a dreamer who believes in building better communities, we want you on board. We are looking for high-energy thinkers and doers with a passion for new technologies and startup culture to become our teammates. Currently, we are looking for a Frontend Developer artist.
As a Front-end Developer, you'll be part of the newly started initiative to rewrite our web application to React, currently based on Ruby on Rails. We're using the latest version of React, Redux, TypeScript and Material-UI. The unified code style of the whole project is ensured by Prettier.
If you ever worked on an application with thousands of real users, maybe even designed, built and maintained one, you are exactly the person we are looking for.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Optimizing the user experience
• Developing and maintaining the user interface
• Implementing design on mobile websites
• Creating tools that improve site interaction regardless of the browser
• Managing software workflow
• Following SEO best practices
• Fixing bugs and testing for usability
