Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• looking for new vendors (translators) and communication with them
• providing support to Project Managment department in finding eligible external resources
• monitoring the quality of work provided by external resources and if needed taking measures to secure the quality
• entering external vendor:s' data into the database and updating them
• cooperation with Vendor Manager regarding the communication and negotiation with external vendors
• negotiation the purchase prices and in case of poor delivery taking measures to retrieve the damages arisen or to recover their cost
• developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
• preparing monthly and weekly reports for Vendor Manager
• main working time from 9:00 to 17:00

Personality requirements and skills

• very good command of written and spoken English language;
• good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the e-mail or phone without meeting suppliers on a regular basis);
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• self-motivated and proactive personality;
• at least 2 years working experience;
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
