What will YOU be responsible for?

• Ordering stocks from the CZ warehouse
• Expedition of the shipments
• Inventory control of the online store assortment
• Supervision of other colleagues in the warehouse by regular visits
• Quality control of order fulfillment processes
• Customer service of the online store – new orders / complaints (e-mail, phone)
• Creating analyses and reports on the sale of an online store
• Sales platform support – order control, new order creation, execution of price changes...
• Solving problems related to customer orders (constant contact with payment and logistics platforms)
• Implementation of marketing campaigns in cooperation with the regional marketing team
• Checking and developing new activities for the online store
• Supervision over the correct operation of all tools for operating the online store (Logistics service, Payment platform, Micros system, SAP software)

You will need to:

• Be a positive team player with can-do attitude
• Be a fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
• Have multitasking approach, creative mindset with high level of flexibility
• Be detail oriented
• Have strong communication skills
• Initiative and strong sense for organization in order to meet customer requirements.
• Have a previous experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage
