Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a senior professional with experience in B2B sales and business development in hospitality segment.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage sales department and supervises 2 sales managers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results, prepare and present regular reports and updates to the hotel management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
  • Represent the hotel and the company at all relevant events, trade fairs, social events; responsible for the planning and implementation of sales promotion activities such as trade fairs, fam trips, customer events etc.
  • Customer acquisition in all defined market segments
  • Responsible for achieving the budgeted goals and implementing the global Lindner strategies

We will expect from you

  • Proven sales experience in comparable hotel categories that were also part of an international group
  • B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of German language is an advantage
