Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a senior professional to be responsible for managing all F&B operations at our hotel.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget guidelines and to the highest standards
• Lead F&B team
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their requirements
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Responsible for achieving budgeted goals and implementing the Lindner strategies in the F&B department
