Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Support the entities within the region of 4 European countries on the Marketing
automation key topics. Coordinate the related activities within the region
- Active communication with local Marketing team members within the region
- Role confirmation, enrolment, onboarding on Marketing Automation topics, periodical
train the local endusers
- Participate into the MA Train-the-Trainer sessions
- Dealing with the MA incidents process, solving the tickets or managing the escalation process
- Regional single point of contact for the respective updates, active SME role into the related project teams, participate in the UAT test and support the MA projects roll-in within the region
- Coordinate the respective change requests process within the region, in alignment with the KU community
- Responsible with the Marketing database cleansing and maintenance, propose and execute marketing campaigns in a direct collaboration with the local Marketing responsible
- Prepare specific MA reports
