Job description, responsibilities and duties

With reference to the Finance Manager, the Assistant independently takes care of administration tasks connected with running of LINAK Slovakia, with the goal of supporting all departments.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Support for all departments, secretary and assistant works according to needs
• Receiving and switching phone calls, welcoming and care for the company visitors
• Incoming and outgoing correspondence evidence, management of registry, management of document registration
• Stationery and refreshments ordering, checking delivery notes, preparing orders for office, management of depot
• Work clothing depot management
• Fuel consumption + cars evidence
• Booking taxi transfers, hotels etc. for employees and company visitors, other travel and meeting arrangements
• Handling lunch ordering and evidence
• Filing of documents, taking care of order in documentation
• Management of kitchenette in office area
• Management of cleaning in office and social areas

- attendance bonus = +25 € / month
- quarter bonus = + 25% of your salary
- finance bonus = + 50% of your salary / year
