We are looking for a Sales Rockstar for our client. If you love the thrill of the "hunt" but hate the soul-crushing grind of cold calling, keep reading. In this role, you will be working exclusively with warm leads – companies and professionals who are already familiar with the brand. No starting from zero, no random calling. You will pick up the conversation where it left off and turn interest into opportunity. Your english must be fluent at C1 level. 

Your daily responsibilities:
  • Actively reaching out to key players in the business world (e.g., real estate firms, investment houses, financial institutions, etc.) – focusing on international companies.

  • Re-establishing contact and initiating business conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other networks.

  • Systematic follow-ups: Planning calls and follow-ups to maintain consistent contact with prospects.

  • Warm Calling: You will work with leads who are already familiar with the client (no traditional "cold calling").

  • Presenting services, projects, and professional events/business meetings in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.

  • Event Management: Actively working with invitations, managing attendance, identifying interest/needs, and evaluating which opportunities have the highest potential.

  • Setting up business meetings for senior sales representatives or management.

  • Lead management: Tracking results and seeing your effort transform into concrete business opportunities.

  • Administration: Managing internal systems, emails, invitations, and related tasks.

  • Experience: At least 1 year in sales, tele-sales, or a call center environment (big plus!).


    Requirements:

    During the probationary period, onboarding will take place in Bratislava or Banská Bystrica (combined with home office days). After this initial phase, you have the option to switch to a fully remote setup if you prefer.
