Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Production manager for international company.

• Manage, lead and motivate the business unit’s team, implementing the corporate values
• Set targets, monitor results and give feedback to employees, regarding their performance and achievements.
• Achieve KPIs and provide high quality service to our clients.
• Implement actions to improve continuously productivity and effectiveness in operations, using corporate´s lean management principles and tools.
• Assure compliance to procedures, policies, norms and guidelines on the level required by corporate and customer´s standards.
• Assure compliance to Health and Safety and Environment standards and policies.
• Participate in preparation of business plans, budgets, forecasts.
• Customer relations management at site, including negotiations with customers and suppliers, and assessment in production solutions.
• Implement and develop the ideas management system, in order to optimize and improve processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Participate in the development of proposals for potential customers.

The main purpose of the position:
• Manage Operation, achieving financial and operational objectives set by customers and shareholder.
• Create solutions that contribute to increase profit, employee´s motivation and customer´s satisfaction.
• Increase revenues at operation by additional services.

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Min. 5 years of experience on relevant work position in automotive
• Experience with team leading
• Knowledge of processes in automotive (production, logistics etc.)
• Basic knowledge in Quality Assurance Systems and VDA 6.1 and 6.3
• Basic knowledge in Lean Management
• Knowledge of Just in Time logistics
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of calculations tools
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of English and/or German language (one of them must be fluent)
• How to deal with conflicts
• Time-management
