Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Customer Service – Logistics Planning Specialist, you will support the daily supply chain operations for selected customers. You will be in close contact with production sites, logistics partners, and customers, helping to ensure smooth delivery processes and accurate planning. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in customer service and logistics, gaining valuable experience in an international environment.

What will be your responsibilities?         

  • Supporting daily communication and coordination between production plants, logistics partners, ADC, and customers
  • Processing customer orders and monitoring schedules against agreements
  • Supporting inventory monitoring, cycle counting, and stock take activities in cooperation with ADC
  • Escalating issues and supporting the resolution of deviations in delivery planning
  • Assisting in the preparation of logistics concepts and supporting RFQ processes (data collection, cost calculations)
  • Managing basic customer inquiries and logistics complaints under supervision
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in logistics planning processes

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What do we expect from you?

  • Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant work experience in customer service/logistics
  • Initial experience in supply chain or customer service roles, ideally in manufacturing or automotive industry (internships or 1–2 years of practice are sufficient)
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes (order management, inventory, logistics flows)
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) is mandatory; French language skills are a strong advantage
  • MS Office proficiency; first experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
  • Team-oriented personality with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
