Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsible for HR Analytics for Strategic Footprint and business placement decisions (e.g. evaluation of workforce availability / technical HR feasibility of projects regarding Headcount limits, simulation of headcount development)
• Works closely with HR Country Management and Footprint Team (COO) on preparation and execution of HR Feasibility Studies (major focus on future labor market potentials)
• Collects, analyzes, and consolidated HR benchmarking data from all LEONI locations worldwide
• Supports HR Country Management during RFQ phases of projects
• Contributes and leads further optimization and digitalization of HR Footprint Standards and Tools for sustainable and efficient business placement
• Develops and improves HR Project standards (e.g. Fit for Growth) and maintains the HR project tools, best practices and lessons learnt database
• Facilitates and supports global project monitoring and reporting
