Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Manages the Q & SHE Function in country
- Works with the full country organization to deploy the LEONI Quality and SHE strategy and standards
- Represents country in front of customer for Q-topics
- Ensures compliance with Customer Specific Requirement: CSR are shared and analyzed by concerned Country departments
- Manages the Risks and Change Management for Q-related subjects (e.g.: red alerts)
- Decides to stop production and/or dispatches to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes/products
- Monitors Q-results and coordinate activities across department and in order to achieve the defined objectives
- Decides Task Force at production Facility and/or Country level in case of major internal issue or customer escalation: supports with tools, methods and know-how
- Responsible for the quality project activities and work packages in development and industrialization phases of customer projects
- Provides support when requested by Production area to participate in problem resolution (with clear problem description provided by Production: 5W2H, relevant facts and figures)
- Manages the escalation for non-performing-suppliers (alerts, containment, action plan and audit)
- Secures capacity and competencies of industrial laboratories and monitor results of tests
- Leads knowledge and capitalization activities: standard optimization, continuous improvement, transversalization within plants
- Ensures the compliance of the systems with Customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all Local regulations
- Complies with all current legal and internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulation (by Audits)
- Secures implementation of standards with effective KPI-follow up
- Ensures the Installation of SHE processes according to LEONI standards and development of country specific requirements
- Ensures the compliance with safety regulations (local and LEONI regulations) and deploys the LEONI environment policy in Country

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills
- Bachelor or master degree in technical field of studies
- Fluent English (verbally and in writing form) in business context
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Advanced experience in Quality Management (Quality Core Tools, Certified Auditor, certified Trainer)
- Certified Auditor (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, …)
- Skilled in Lean Manufacturing and 6-sigma
- Experience in a leading a team
- Experience with quality in the field of automotive
- Customer-oriented approach,
- Knowledge of the ISO IATF system
- Flexibility, stress resistance
