Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main task will be to start the process of global escalation of VCM in the following steps:
• intervene promptly in the escalation of entities and alert those responsible at the WSD lev-el
• preventively manage and coordinate the process before escalations occur
• propose and take effective measures to prevent financial costs that have an impact on EBIT in the event of escalations
• create pro-active cooperation and communication between LEONI, customers, suppliers, and providers to prevent escalations
• manage and resolve barriers with timely deliveries
• Contribute to research and evaluation of the suitability of available market opportunities
• Support the availability of required definitions, policies, updates, and maintenance for a specific area of VCM.
