Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main task will be to manage the process of VCM global escalation, including below:
• intervene promptly and effective in VCM related escalation topics on WSD level
• decide and take effective measures to prevent or minimize EBIT or cash spills due to esca-lations
• decide necessary process adaptation and resources allocation to resolve escalation topics
• collaborate cross functional across WSD CxO areas, customers, suppliers, and providers to manage escalations
• manage and resolve barriers with timely deliveries
• built the business case, contribute to research and evaluation of available options to sup-port adoption and implementation of new tools and capabilities
• contribute to ensuring the availability of required definitions, policies, updates, and maintenance for data fields and objects within data domain responsibility of VCM
• support with interfaces (inn / out) to ensure coherence of key data policies throughout the VCM process.
