Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Receive customer logistics complaints and distribute to the relevant complaint owner
• Monitor processing of customer logistics complaints, incl. monitoring of deadlines to provide feedback to customers and escalate in case of deviations
• Support complaint owner to crate and execute the root cause analysis and action plan to resolve customer complaints
• Manage customer communication for logistics customer claims, incl. activities to reject / avoid and/or close customer logistic claims
• Continuously track status and cost ownerships of all customer logistics complaints
• Support logistics network global services to prepare claim of customer complaint costs to external logistics service providers
• Allocate customer debit note / customer invoices related to customer logistics claims to relevant owner, considering predefined status and cost ownership
• Monitors value chain customer satisfaction for LEONI plants and ADCs and coordinates actions in case of deviations
• Create and update reporting on customer logistics claims and evaluation and evaluation inside area of responsibility
• Contributes to improve customer relationship
• Supports the implementation of value chain relevant customer specific requirements and monitor adherence in all organizational units
• Supports the customer packaging management process
• Monitors actual cots & implements actions to reach costs target.
