Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Maintenance and enhancement of central financial master data and their reporting hierarchies such as global chart of accounts, financial reports, cost center and profit center hierarchies
- Management and continuous development of the procurement workflow and the incoming invoicing workflow regarding global setup standards for document routing and releasing steps (xFlow procurement, xFlow Invoice)
- Global contact person regarding standards for the administration of control rules for documents within interface programs from non-SAP production systems to SAP FI (e.g. FORS/SAP FI interface)
- Professional support of the users with technical questions around SAP FI, SAP CO and SAP EC-PCA as first level support (e.g. by using the trouble ticket system LEONARDO)
- Finance systems related user right management via SAP GRC and IDM (e.g. roles for SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP CATS, SAP PS, xFlow, FORS Finance roles)
- Independent conduct of functional and integration tests of the used financial systems
