Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Do audits by suppliers and sub suppliers and internal audits
- Check of supplier PDCAs, 8D reports, action plans, FMEAs, …
- Invite concerned suppliers for meetings to Leoni
- Support / Preparation for customer visits at Leoni plants
- Review control plans of incoming inspection
- Review of Leoni FMEAs, control plans if concerned by supplier problems
- Ensure the cost recovery in case of supplier caused quality costs
- Support in quality crisis, analysis weaknesses and corrective steps introduction
- Support Business Units / Manufacturing sites with general quality enquiries
- Performing customers meetings
- Organization and working according to IATF 16949
