Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Ensures support for Divisional Human Resources (HR) with regard to topic related the business growth and (ramp-up) projects
  • Is in charge of the maintenace and updates of internal information databases (e.g. benchmarks, survey results, KPI databases, HR lessons learnt etc.)
  • Administrates the related HR Project documentation (e.g. templates, forms, HR Best Practice)
  • Executes internal/external research (e.g. collection of information about countries, labor market potentials‘ evaluation, etc.)
  • Supports internal surveys, prepares and summaries diverse questionnaries within the global HR network
  • Processes diverse evaluations, database queries and statistial analyses
  • Identifies and proposes optimization, improvement and standardization of existing processes
