- preparing and process invoices
- posting of bank accounts
- recording transactions in R/3 accounting system
- recognizing and resolving discrepancies
- completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense report, recording entries
- accounts payables master data management
- reconciliation of bank accounts
