Services Business Development Manager

How do you know that this role is for you?

• You have previous experience in the services / product business-development roles. Preferably, you have worked as a Technical Consultant, Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Services Consultant or Services Product Manager
• You have strong background in pricing calculations and deal construction
• You possess PC and technology devices product knowledge
• You have excellent customer communication and presentation skills
• You are able to work in rapid pace environment with multiple simultaneous deliverables
• You are able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• You are fluent in English

Nice to have:
• Technical knowledge and experience in enterprise-level Services solutions
• Experience with global services and financial solution like “Software as a Service”, Device as a Service” or Cloud Services

In this position, you will be responsible for development and implementation of complex services solutions across EMEA.

Responsibilities:
• Lead services development initiatives involving key stakeholders and keeping track of progress until a successful implementation
• Make sure the managed service is properly activated and tailored to customer’s requirements
• Map current end-to-end service delivery capability
• Be responsible for onboarding of new Lenovo Service providers – cooperate with procurement and other Lenovo departments in line with Lenovo internal procedures
• Be responsible for key processes during onboarding process: business justification, RFP scope, evaluation, contract scope
• Consult on business development, pricing strategy, business case, value proposition, negotiations
• Identify and address gaps in the process. Look for new and flexible solutions
