What will you do

What you will do:

- Architect tool, data, and reporting requirements with key stakeholders, including WW business segments, product owners, and geo business managers.
- Manage the segment engagement and roadmap execution with DT, IT, Lenovo Experience, Data Stewards, IDG, and ISO.
- Represent Commercial into GOO and ISO key BMS outside of IDG.
- Review productivity, Customer Experience and Employee Experience of tools and future releases to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder in projects leveraging data/tools/insights to ensure proper implementation and identify future opportunities.
- Best Practices: understand practices from GEOs / BUs and share effectiveness for recommended implementation with key stakeholders.
- Develop a segment and business line view of the data management and tool designs required for management and growth of the Commercial business.


What you will bring:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics.
- 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Business, operations or project management experience that includes project management and time management.
- Understanding of Business Planning, Sales Operations, Agile Software Development.
- Knowledge of administration and management principles, specifically in planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
- Communication and presentation skills, as you will talk to multiple colleagues during your day.
- Analytical and problem solving skills to resolve possible issues in the projects.
- Hard skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint) and fluent English (you will report to a hiring manager in the US).

Salary offer (gross):
2 742 - 4 015 EUR/monthThe anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €32900–48180 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
