Global Human Resource Business Partner

What do you need to succeed in this opportunity

Position Requirements:

- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration with a human resources focus, or similar equivalent degree.
- 1+ years of experience in a human resources role, which may include a combination of full-time experience and internships.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply them within HR workflows is preferred.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

What will you do

As an HR Business Partner based in Bratislava, you will be part of the HR team supporting the International Sales Organization (ISO) Finance function. This role includes talent management and development, annual compensation programs, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, change management, and employee relations and compliance. In addition to supporting employees globally across the ISO finance organization, you will serve as the Europe, Middle East and Africa focal point for the global finance HR team. We are seeking a mature, proactive professional with strong data analytics capabilities who can help build a high-performing, digitally enabled organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Organizational Transformation: Support digital transformation and business group integration within the ISO finance organization, including change management, training and development, and organizational restructuring.
- Talent Development: Partner with business leaders to identify strategic talent needs, design proactive talent acquisition and development strategies, and drive the full talent lifecycle to build a strong pipeline that supports long-term business growth.
- Digital Transformation and Analytics: Embrace digital transformation within the HR team by experimenting with and proposing AI-driven solutions and process improvements. Use data and insights to tell compelling business stories and support decision-making.
- Project Management and Execution: Take ownership of Lenovo’s global HR programs, using strong project management and influencing skills to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive work culture that supports employee engagement, motivation, and well-being. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive understanding of HR policies and initiatives. Build strong relationships with Lenovo Europe and META country HR teams and regional HR Centers of Excellence and serve as a key point of contact between the global Finance HR team and the region.
