Power BI Developer – WW Incentives & Commissions area

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design and implementation
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data transformation and analysis
- Experience working with enterprise data sources and applying data modeling best practices
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement

What do you need to succeed in this opportunity
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports supporting Incentives & Commissions use cases
- Create intuitive, user-friendly visualizations tailored to Sales Operations, Finance, and leadership audiences
- Develop and manage data models and semantic layers within Power BI datasets
- Integrate data from enterprise systems such as Common Data Model, Anaplan, and finance platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
- Build advanced calculations and metrics using DAX, Power Query, and related tools
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global KPI definitions and governance standards
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting processes
