What do you need to succeed in this opportunity
- English and Italian or Spanish or French or Dutch or German language fluent with financial vocabulary is a must
- Strong understanding of sales reporting, partner management, and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior experience with international program support or market launches.

What will you do
- Compliance & Regulatory Support: Conduct sanctions screening, manage due diligence and insurance processes, handle regulatory correspondence, and ensure alignment with legal and compliance standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and distribute various reports (sales, claims, complaints), support new reporting needs, and track payments and related documentation.
- Partner & Contract Management: Register and validate reseller contracts, coordinate partner training, maintain accurate records, and manage SharePoint content and marketing materials.
- Operational & Program Support: Assist in launching programs in new markets, support insurance policy implementation, facilitate sales performance reviews, and respond to partner inquiries.
- Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide general team support, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate meetings and training sessions

Salary offer (gross):
From 2 900 EUR/monthBase gross monthly salary starts from 2 900 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
